Members can request a freeze or cancellation by visiting our front desk or submitting a written request at least 7 days before the next billing date. Month-to-month members may cancel at any time without penalty. Annual members may be subject to an early termination fee as outlined in the membership agreement. We also offer a temporary freeze option for medical reasons or extended travel.

IronRoot Fitness is open Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and Sunday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Holiday hours may vary. Follow us on social media or check our website for any schedule changes or special event closures.
Our facility is fully equipped with a wide range of cardio machines, free weights, cable machines, resistance and functional training areas, a dedicated stretching zone, group fitness studios, and a recovery area. We also provide clean locker rooms with showers. Our equipment is regularly maintained and upgraded to ensure the best training experience for all members.
